Spoke with Canary earlier.
The hold-up is related to the fine detail of the US based loan/credit CRO were operating off.
It was stated that given how busy the company has been, installing a CFO is something that would benefit swifter/smoother accounting practices (wink wink).
The issue has absolutely nothing to do with the health of the business.
Canary encouraged the company to inform the market so keep an eye out for an ann.
