Yes, more likely to be around some information that the ASX thought should have been in the prospectus perhaps regarding a potential new project but PAM have said many times it was looking at other projects, eg a tenement buy, but if no offer or formal process is not entered into, I presume there's no need to put in prospectus. Allegedly ASX are being overly cautious and overly strict these days. Alt if a potential buy was put in the prospectus then didn't come off ASX would query that too so a lot of this stuff a company/broker has to make a call on. If there is no need to alter the prospectus and I suspect there isn't, then this hopefully should be resolved early next week.

There's no suggestion this is anything to do with restrictive shares.
