126m shares on Issue, directors own circa 40m or 32% and have been recently adding to their positions.
Tight register and directors buying sounds good.

Yesterday they release ANNs pertaining to more director purchases ignite a surge in volume yesterday and today.
9:40am today CWL responds to ASX price query denies any knowledge of withheld market sensitive information that could be affecting trading.
1:17pm CWL is temporarily suspended from official quotation until "an update has been made by CWL about the status of it's current activities"

Possible CWL provided ASX with new information between 9:40am and 1:17pm to warrant the pause?
Or has the ASX hit the pause and demanded more info purely from the trade action?

Weird..
