I hold, to clarify. My frustration is that management have been notoriously slow and aren't very transparent. don't know how long you've followed these guys for, but it's been pretty bleak. You're absolutely speculating. Right now they have an underground mining permit, low chances of getting an open pit license and they have stuff all gold that can be mined with an underground operation. rerate is possible if they do get the open put license or gold hits at depth... but you are factoring in total upside into your views.
