I have only seen one company getting suspension for two year and then delisted and that's because they can't get their financials out which is a requirement for ASX to ensure that the companies update shareholders on the finances and business activities of the company. EM1 Send out their quarterly today even though its disaapointed to end up in suspension cause management need more time to answer the query. I wont comment anymore until we are trading again or we are suspended indefinitely to a point of delisted cause non holders is having a field day.
At the very least two of other Bert mondello company is doing well. I am sure he won't let em1 fall
