That's a great li'l research project for you, via the (free) ASX historical announcements portal. You'll have to put down your drink first and go back to 2007 and earlier, but if you use the POS ticker code the NIA announcements will be there too. The 2007 annual report should contain it. Good luck and please report back your findings.
I'll kick you off with a hint: Daws never drew a salary from POS. He left shortly before the name change, so you'll be looking at NIA...
