    As I read documents record date is 8/12/20 and is record date of MGF Partnership offer and it is this number you hold is your eligibility is calculated on so then on 8/1/21 if number is same then your will receive offer, Additional shares purchased after 8/12/20 will not qualify. If in doubt please check with Magellan
