Suspension is
potentially serious, but not necessarily so. As I stated in my reply to
@sevo after four days of trading halt the only way to continue the delay in trading is suspension. The only hurdles to ending the suspension are those relating to the reason for suspending in the first place. If the suspension was not put in place due to accounts being in question then the accounts are irrelevant for exiting suspension. The company has clearly stated the conditions precedent for resuming trading. It's rather disingenuous and self-serving of you to try and make the suspension out to be inherently bad when there is no reason to think so.
My personal view is that Taurus credit has turned out to be intolerably onerous and the company is restructuring debt and capital to improve the situation. You should be pleased about that... God knows you've complained about Taurus so noisily for such a long time... the company appears to be listening to you.
We'll know what the situation is when the announcement is released.
