I accept what’s been posted by 87 Crash as fact. The $’s are not huge but it might not be so much about that but rather the unexpected divergence. The market is fickle and I’m hoping there’s something more in the ann.
The market cap will adjust to the value it perceives Henty will add. You can argue “value”......If the potential “value” of Henty short/medium term isn’t appreciated by some in the market then this tightly held and highly illiquid stock will drop!
The market cap of CYL is based on targets, drilling program, tender, similarities to Fosterville, management etc, and over time it will (hopefully) increase and the value of Henty might be relatively insignificant long term......but right now it’s going to have an impact.
