21 December 2020 Ann:

"The securities of Douugh Limited (‘DOU’ will be placed in trading halt at the request of DOU,
pending it releasing an announcement.
Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in trading halt until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Wednesday, 23 December 2020
or when the announcement is released to the market"

Dough's letter to ASX:

"Dear Sir or Madam:
Request for Trading Halt In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 17.1.
DouughLimited (ASX: DOU "the Company") Limited (ASX: DOU "the Company")
Limited (ASX: DOU "the Company") requests a trading halt with respect to its securities
effective prior to the opening of the market on Monday, 21 December 2020.

The trading halt is requested pending an announcement by the Company in relation to the proposed acquisition of a millennial-focused investing company.

The Company requests that the trading halt remain in place until the earlier of it making an announcement regarding the above or the commencement of trading on Wednesday, 23 December 2020. The Company is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted.
The Company is not aware of any other information necessary to inform the market about the trading halt. By the order of the Board"

It is interesting, The ASX doesn't like competition,
So probably asking questions about who it is....

Look at the ISX fiasco,
The ASX lets very dodgy companies list,
That no other country would allow.
Yet doesn't like people having access to better stocks.
Hence legal action by ISX against the ASX....
