Yup.
Speaking for mine humble self, there's not a snowball's that I'd participate in any CR opportunity (cough).
So (1) who is the BoD is talking to, (2) what they're offering, and (3) how long this time it will take?
My tips:
(1) bunch of spivs no-one'e ever heard of.
(2) 50% of the equity, ie 50% dilution.
(3) 3 months.
Any better guesses, go ahead.

Sentiment: abandon ship (although it's unlikely for the oppies to ever see any residual value).
