Been interesting to watch, but feel very sorry for anyone that has lost their hard earned on this dog.
Maybe the upcoming 4C numbers would see them as insolvent, hence the need to quickly raise cash. Looks like they have failed, based on the gaping holes in the AVR investment thesis .
I would imagine that Patterson has a very very poor reputation with a hell of a lot of potential investors given the cold hard metrics of his performance and his accountability as CEO.
Meanwhile CEO, and execs take home massive $USD each month of investors coin.
