Let's stop hyperventilating, and look at the voluntary suspension in a dispassionate manner.
If SYA could not obtain finance and support on reasonable commercial terms, the original TH would simply remain in place with an announcement made in due course.
I believe that SYA needs additional time to negotiate and ink the finer points of the financial arrangements: Hence the voluntary suspension.
