Request for Voluntary Suspension
Sayona Mining Limited (SYA) requests that its securities go into voluntary suspension pursuant to ASX Listing Rule 17.2 pending the release of an announcement regarding funding and support for the proposed NAL bid and the development of the Company’s Authier and Tansim projects.
SYA requests that the suspension remain in place until such time as it makes an announcement.
The Company expects to be in a position to make the announcement before the commencement of trading on Monday, 11 January 2021.
SYA is not aware of any reason why the voluntary suspension should not be granted. Should you have any queries please contact us.
