This makes no sense! AU1 is saying:- there is no appointment but...

    This makes no sense! AU1 is saying:

    - there is no appointment but ASIC/BDO states that BDO has been appointed
    - there is no debt to Magnolia but Magnolia has appointed BDO. If this was wrong why hasn't AU1 gone to Court to reverse the transaction
    - Magnolia is trying to destroy AU1 but they are the largest shareholder and has $4.5m to lose
    - the debt is disputed but Magnolia says it has been outstanding for 8 months and AU1 is only disputing it now???

    IMO Magnolia is pissed with AU1 over something serious and does not care about the money as they only care about proving that AU1 in is in the wrong.
