Have just looked at rule 17.5, this is a suspension by ASX for failure to provide ASX required documents under rules 4.2A, 4.3A, 4.4A, 4.5, 4.7B and a number of other potential rules.
This is a definite failure of the new Company Secretary, and does not provide any confidence in the companies future with current management.
