This is one of my biggest bugbears. ASIC are only paper tigers, these serial offenders are rarely punished or suspended etc in any way. Once detected they merely set up a new entity in another name and go about their merry devious ways. If ASIC and/or ASX ever get fair dinkum it might some serious retail $$$ but I won't hold my breath!
