No. You would still need proof that your shares are either worthless, or that you have sold them (presumably for $0). You can sell them to delisted.com.au for $0 - they will charge $150 for the pleasure.
If you dont want to sell to delisted, you have to wait until the administrators have decided what to do with AJM. They will (should) issue a communication to all shareholders that they company has been unwound, and no longer exist as a legal entity. Such communication would allow you to claim the tax loss.
