One would think that Covid would have minimal effect on sales, however I could challenge that as have not been able to get Indocin for months to and including this present day (covid related). If you are unable to obtain a product then it cannot be sold therefore decreased sales, I am not sure if EXL have had similar problems but it might not be the actual demand but the availability.
Interesting to see a dramatic reduction in costs, that further might be related to the above. Sometimes you need to think outside of the box.
