The placement price is only a small discount to the last closing price (especially for a microcap land where you can often see discounts of upwards of 15%) which is great. If the take up is good and we we get some long only instos/ funds on board (eg Perennial, Ellerston, Milford etc) then the SP should go up not down IMO.
