that’s absolutely not true. The first page of the announcement is issued by the ASX - it even lists the ASX compliance officer who issued it. The ASX has full control over that page. The subsequent page is a letter from the company to the ASX requesting the announcement and setting out the particulars required for compliance with rule 17.2 of the listing rules. The company has no control over the content of that first page.
