Companies go into suspension all the time, and sure some of them die that way but most don't. That said it's unusual for post-suspension opens to have positive gaps, if for no other reason than that the depth gets cleared, scaring weak holders. Hopefully SYA will be the exception to the rule.
And for the record I am unfortunately an AJM holder too.
