Thanks for flagging this backdoor action. Some notes from my reading just now which may be of benefit to others...

SOI as above (no consolidation / change)
Opening price on 1st day 5c
Reached a High of 49c on 16/10/2020

then voluntary suspension yadda yadda 18/12/2020 to 05/02/2021..

So with the fact that UUV has an SOI of 2,388,374,811, it's pretty safe to assume we would see some level of consolidation. Perhaps 5-10:1 would probably sound about right in my mind. I'm not sure if there are special rules for reverse listings and when a consolidation can be completed. i.e. does UUV have to come out of suspension and can only then do a consolidation? while also announcing next steps..

I already had UUV filed in the gambling section of the portfolio so it's a "let it ride" situation, albeit forced one
