IMO - Consolidation before RE-list will be terrible for any existing holder as it will disallow the opportunity for larger variables in the MC and give us less opportunity when we are looking for a position to dump when the new proposal lands..
Then dilution train rinse repeat can be back on the cards, for further misery.
