On the 14th of May VRC notified that due diligence on acquisition of 70% had been completed to the Company's satisfaction and that the vendors of ZG Group were being notified the same day that the transaction was now unconditional as per the legally binding signed term sheets. 3 weeks later, funds were drawn down to make the 1st payment. You don't do that just to have funds sit in your bank account. There will be no hiccups. My gut tells me Trevor has something else up his sleeve.
One thing we can probably all agree on is that for differing reasons we're all on the edge of our seats.
