ive seen it mentioned here a few times now, how does cleansing the bids/offers through suspension create a rerate? at what SP point would VRC be a rerate?
i thought VRC going from a graphite explorer to graphite producer is the rerate with producing company assessed by P/E and other producing information compared to a exploration relying on indicated/inferred etc information etc.
