These clowns received their ASX Queries on June 9! It’s been a whole month (and now over 3 weeks suspension) and they STILL haven’t answered them. What is going on?!?
Is there actually anything we, as shareholders, can do? Or do we just have to sit here and wait for these morons to announce something?
It can’t be in the company’s best interest that at this time two of the three directors are more interested in another company, and their stake in it- Pacific Nickel. Hell, I think Hiller is still over in the Solomon Islands!
Leaving it this long is definitely not in the company’s best interest, and that is one of the clear duties of a director as laid out by ASIC guidelines. So, if they’re not acting on the company’s best interests, surely we can get them for breach of their directors’ duties.
There’s got to be something we can do.
