    The ASX could not possibly monitor all the thousands of listed companies that closely. I think the ASX is issuing the queries now because some shareholders, including myself, had complained to the police, ASIC and ASX about these issues and the ASX finally responded.

    It pays to whinge when you are not happy.

    I am sure management is able to come up with some rosy stories to explain the issues but if you are not happy with the answer, you now know what to do.
