Appoint an administrator to review the operations of the business (whatever is left) and recommend a path to commercialization of the IP held by the company.
Yes it might mean a CR or an injection of cash by an angel investor/trade partner but it would all operate under a new management team that was incentivised to bring the company back to life, not run it into the ground.
