Alot of these issues are pre-Colin Iles joining the company. He's only very recently been made CEO. I'd be happy for him to stay in charge and see what he can do. I'm also a big advocate of shareholders being given seats on the board. But current board members have thwarted this attempt. Why??? As far as I know,these members didn't even want a salary,and we're happy to take incentivised options instead. It would be a win win for the company. But no. Quashed by TC and MT.

To be fair, the guy asking all the questions above. It doesn't matter what happens from here to many of us as we've written this investment off years ago. So the answers to your questions, maybe we can't get funding, maybe we can't find suitably qualified people, but you know what, we'd already accepted the worst. If anything good does come, it's a bonus to us. We just want justice to be prevail.
