In the original announcement about the ASX queries, all of the queries seemed to relate to 2019. Yet in the Suspension announcement Lee stated that "the voluntary suspension is sought to resolve queries received by Austpac from ASX in relation to the prior placement of securities that occurred in the period between 2016 to 2019"
Was that even in the original queries? And why aren't they answering the other ones?
They got these queries on the 9th of June! How can it take them 3 weeks to answer!
Something tells me that maybe our esteemed board is not actually working in the best interest of the company, but rather their own interests (read: saving their own backsides). It is a directors duties to work in the best interest of the company- if they're not doing that, they are in yet ANOTHER breach of guidelines.
