I think the ASX has been clamping down on outlandish numbers, if the assumptions aren't clearly spelt out and achievable in a realistic time frame. That's my guess on why the halt then suspension.
If they already have a presentation that must've been submitted to the conference a while ago, it makes no sense unless the ASX has issues with it. And because they are presenting at the conference, they don't have time to respond to the issues ASX has raised.
TBH, throwing around huge numbers like that around hypothetical-only scenarios looks unprofessional. Yes diabetes and kidney disease are large and growing problems but provide some validated forecasts for the actual business. How will you distribute the product? Who through? How long will it take to ramp up? How much capital will you require to penetrate X% of the market? etc etc
