Not a chance in a million years of JRV buying anything from Palmer. It’s definitely a European refinery and probably Scandinavian given the Norwegian advisors.
Did you read that Palmer story? First it’s Clive saying there is $6b of Co in the tailings (can’t say I’d believe anything he said), secondly he’s talking about $500m for the restart… so that would be on top of any purchase price and it’s currently a Ni refinery which is why the Co is in the tails. Not sure about his claim to have built a Co refinery? Maybe a Co circuit to recover it as the Ni goes through. Anyway it’s all just fluff coming from Clive.
