I think you are correct on all. However point 3 - this one I am 'guessing' will be predominantly cobalt. that is what Greg Young is here for. He will be able to start trading immediately.
if it's up and running which I 'suspect' then it will be financeable to some degree based on EBITDA..
the Brazilian refinery will be predominantly Nickel when it's all up and running so they will gain their nickel Refinery exposure there - plus Nico Young could also run through Brazil
