I think it will be a decent acquisition (if that's what it is), going off what Mr Lewis and Coulson have done before. These guys are the reason I bought in the first place.
Even if the old business doesn't sell does not make a great difference cash wise anyway (think it was $500k sale price?) I think there will be a cap raise and also possibly a consolidation regardless.
Interesting times ahead whatever happens
