One of the most outrageous things about how all this is being handled is that SO4 has said nothing to the market here over its suspension (ASX listing) but has offered much more detail in their disclosure to the UK market. Here it’s just a “pending market update” reason. There it’s a “production downgrade” and “possible future fundraising” which is where the reporting is coming from. ASX needs to get real about continuous market disclosure so this sort of nonsense is not hidden from view.
