Absolutely, people have had all year to buy up cheap, I added 20% to my holding over past couple of months. Its an open market so anyone complaining now can eat a regal D.... I feel like this CR is different to others, can only see the strongest hands taking part. Glencore would not have gone in with $14.4mil unless they know they onto something special. They haven't gone in half heartedly either, 9.99% tells me they probably wanted more but the 10% rule puts a stop to this.
With the amount of due diligence they would have carried out internally the before their outlay, the PFS , Upgraded RE, pending drill results, etc are all but a formality for the public. Glencore are all over it and know EXACTLY what they have bought into. Their buy in is vindication for anyone who has stood by HCH for the years of hard slog, no doubt now they are the real deal.
