Request for a Voluntary Suspension
Tombola Gold Ltd, ACN 148 860 299 (ASX Code – TBA) ("the Company") requests, pursuant to Rule 17.2
of ASX Listing Rules, Chapter 17, Halts, Suspensions, Removal, that a voluntary suspension of trading in
the Company's securities be granted for a period of one (1) hour.
The following information is provided in relation to this request:
1. The Company is required to lodge an Appendix 3B, Proposed Issue of Securities in relation to a
Placement of shares, which is yet to be finalised. This document will be lodged with ASX within
the next one (1) hour.
2. The Company is not aware of any reason why this request for a voluntary suspension should not
be granted.
