When I called them they said "just to be sure" submit something from ASIC to show the company exists or something like that, they didn't specify a specific form, so I sent them a screen shot of the company. who knows...... They didn't say anything about a tax certificate... (I did know the 28 day turn around time), but redundant for me as I'm still waiting on the ATO (unrelated matter) for other things before completing the return.
