I doubt very much it’s a cap raise otherwise some who had been approached to invest or increase their holdings would have advised hotcopper members of the offer made from their brokers.
I would think TRY are in discussions with one company for investment such as Barrick or one financial institution for a loan.
Just my thoughts.
