CR will probably be at a discount to the VWAP as it always is. It looks like they were capping it at around the low 3's for many months so that their mates - brokers etc could get the CR at 2.5c at a discount - which smells a bit.....They shaaat themselves when the AUC made a positive approval earlier than expected as this would foil their plan - which is probably why they didn't do a TH immediately as they hoped no one would notice...! Became hard to cap it in low 3's after the AUC approval so no choice but to suspend so they can still do the low price CR .....to keep their broker mates happy..
