"The Company has for the first time demonstrated scalability of its memory cell to the smallest cell geometries supported on imec’s (sic) memory platform on 300mm wafers using state-of-the-art process equipment" contains too many arguments and unknowns to be of any real value to us.
Whilst everyone is reading this as "the smallest possible on any line available at IMEC", I'm reading this as "the smallest possible on a given line dedicated to memory, following a standard procedure and still able to mount on the platform system as designed". I'm thinking nothing smaller than say 20 or 17 minimum size. When the wordsmiths aren't specific, you can be guaranteed it's marketing speak.
They spit facts that can easily be misconstrued without telling a single untruth. Until they SAY exactly the size, I can almost guarantee it's not what you think it is.
