Hi @smcsson - You are spot on. Directors have sold & have profited from their investment/time.

My point is their actions have not "pumped up" the price before selling which they could have easily done to the disappointment of some shareholders. Hence the paradox - human don't trust people who act for the greater good against their self interest - we are wary of the kindness of strangers.

Last year Dave faced the AGM a couple of days after selling knowing full well he was in line for a shit sandwich. He probably would have got a higher price by selling just after AGM.
