i believe this will be the final testing results and reporting being written for the chip. notification of the fab being manufactured was in one of the previous releases.
if this is the report on the mb chip, it cant be undisclosed as this is a significant milestone and results which will be deemed to be substantial. this is what all testing was leading towards. a functioning mb chip. which then needs results released for ANY company to purchase. Otherwise its insider trading.
the tech has been patented now and i see this as a release of results to now push towards the goal of sale.
