Listed entities who break the rules can be reported here : Report misconduct (asx.com.au). The ASX will then drop everything so you can expect a response within 15 business days unless they actually have to do work to investigate.
As its the ASX that approved the trading halt, suspension & extension it may be pointless as teaching a gorilla to play electric guitar.
