    The original TH is not the same thing as a suspension. So whilst they didn’t provide the technical update they were supposed to they still haven’t breached the clause 4.6.
    If they don’t provide an update tomorrow then they are in breach and would have to explain why they are not able to.
    However, that doesn’t explain why they didn’t provide the TH. The 33rd patent may have had something to do with it. Guess we’ll have more info at 9:45ish tomorrow
