I'll be interested to know what happened between the 8th October and today. Obviously they were going to make some announcement today, but what could have caused that to slip and why didn't they wait until they had all their ducks lined up before the TH?
Initially I thought this was going to be a non-announcement but I'm leaning towards this being more significant one way or the other.
