I awoke this morning with the exact Hypothesis Barry has just explained, furthermore it is very possible that as it coincided wth a recent meeting wth WD they have had ample opportunity then and in recent years for 4DS to air its feelings and responsibility to share holders. If I was 4DS management my strategy would be to pick a time to use this as leverage to make WD to commit one way or the other.
This scenario would result first in a trading halt to carry through with their threat/leverage, WD realises they are carrying through with a certain level of disclosure they wish not to occur, hence this week is about an urgent follow up meeting to thrash out a new path forward, a comptomise, a deal......hence the suspension.....
There is a small chance this is the big one, the one we have all been waiting for...I am optimistic and very excited after 4 long years.
