Whilst having a quick look through EM1's history of dodging the ASX over their last suspension almost exactly 13 months ago, I came across this classsic of a chestnut and had to share it.

It appears to me that, initially, Greg Stevens lied and wanted to place some distance between himself and Crowd1.
That all seems to have flown out the window in the last (at least) six months, as Greg continues to appear on Crowd1 promotional videos, unashamedly selling the Miggster and Crowd1 scam to greedy, desperate and vulnerable people - with an apparent focus on developing nations.

In his last appearance for Crowd1 in Dubai (!!!!), Greg made it very clear that he is a willful and supportive cheerleader for team Crowd1, as well as for their latest scam being cooked up - PlanetIX.

I really hope that ASX has picked up on this angle and it makes up in part for the latest query put forward to EM1.
Greg Stevens has some serious explaining to do and I am keen to see what kind of verbal gymnastics they come up with to dig themselves out of the hole they are in. Maybe they need to hire a Booker Prize winner for literary fiction to get themselves out of this mess.
