After over 12 months of watching Greg Stevens blatanly lie to the ASX and shareholders, do linguistical gymnastics in their responses to ASX queries, take on questionable characters onto the board, have LTL Capital dump shares while Steven Silver pumps the stock, watch while Bert Mondello's parents dump EM1, watch Greg Stevens pump Crowd1/Miggster/PlanetIX, learn that the "independent auditors" Of EM1 happen to be the company owned by Philip Re, an EM1 BOD, that 98% of EM1 revenue comes from a ponzi/pyramid scam that Greg Stevens actively promotes, that the CV of Greg Stevens points to more experience in being a nightclub promoter in Cape Town than being anything to do with corporate affairs seems to ring alarm bells.

Anyone else, please feel free to add more, because I know there is more and ICF digging into the rot right now.
